  We originally signed up for DirecTV installed through Synchronized Home Solutions a San Diego local dealer years ago. They kept in touch and helped us over the phone a few time with and equipment issue and some billing questions. Our bill had gotten pretty high and when I called Rainer to see what he thought about cutting the cord altogether he told me not to worry he would work out a deal for us. Turns out he helped us lower the bill significantly, got us free NFL Sunday ticket and swapped our old DirecTV receivers for free new 4K models. I could not be more satisfied with the service we receive from Rainer and his team. Staying a happy DirecTV customer. Thanks so much!

They helped us update all of our equipment, took care of scheduling with ATT and Direct Tv, took care of all of the phone calls, waiting on hold, negotiating the best pricing. I would highly recommend them for any of your needs with Direct Tv or any AV issues.

  Yesterday morning, I noticed that a satellite dish was hanging off of our second story roof. I found Synchronized Home Solutions through Yelp, and Rainer responded very quickly. He was able to come out the very next day (on a weekend) to remove the damaged satellite dish as well as two others that the previous owners had left on the roof. He was efficient, professional, and took care of the equipment after removal. He also took pictures of my roof, just so I could see what it looks like. I highly recommend this business!

  Rainer was great, keeping in good communications while planning and scheduling our project. We had an old satellite TV dish antenna removed high up on the eaves of our 2-story house. He was very professional, safe, and completed the job with no trouble.

  I needed a DTV dish and associated cables removed from my 2nd story roof. A Google search gave me three options in San Diego. One was a disconnected number, one gave me a bid of almost $300. I went with Rainer for less than half of that. The job was finished the next day. Rainer kept me updated, did a great job, hauled away the old dish, cleaned up and made payment easy. Best of all, I don't have to look at any satellite junk cluttering up my roof.

  Called them to take care of 2 satellite dishes. One was mounted on the inside of the chimney. Although they said it was going to be tricky, they were able to take it down no problem. No damage to chimney or roof. All holes were sealed. Looks like the satellites were never there. Job well done.

  I really don't know where to start because it would take to long to explain what I went through just trying to move my existing service and account with at&t/directv to my new house.After hours on phone, dealing with people that didn't know anything or I could not understand , I finally got them out to install and hook up my service, but after 4 hours the tech was so frustrated with his company that he left and I still had no
service. Then I went online and found Synchronized home solutions and gave them a call. I spoke with Rainer and he immediately started helping me and set up an appointment for my service. 2 days later Roman showed up and took care of my house and motorhome, he was great and knowledgeable.   As we prepared for our recent move, I was extremely concerned about moving our television. Our new place didn't allow for rolling over our current television service and we would have to install another local provider or DirecTV. I had heard many concerns about the local provider and was a DirecTV customer years ago.
Well, I made one of our best decisions during this moving process and contacted Synchronized Home Solutions. Rainer was so helpful, accommodating and patient with all my questions in regard in regard to installation and service. He came to our new town home to examine and also provide helpful information to our HOA for installation.
I was so impressed when Rainer explained that if there were any issue with installation or reception problems, he was the person who we would contact for ongoing service needs. No more hours awaiting for AT&T to handle issues.
Ramon was the technician who was dispatched to install the dish and connect to our TVs. He spent time after installing and setup to walk us through use of the remote. Ramon was one of the most polite, helpful and knowledgeable installers I've ever been associated with.

  I had a satellite dish I needed to take down (stupid HOA) and I realized there aren't too many places in the area that readily offer that service. These guys were quick to respond with a quote and we were able to set something up. Unfortunately the technician showed up and didn't have a long enough ladder. No worries, perfectly understandable. We just had to reschedule. There was some miscommunication with the reschedule due to the owner being out of town, but again, people are busy and it was no problem. The job got done quickly and it got done well.
